Warranty Policy

We offer a 180-Day Warranty to cover product defects and issues related to manufacturing.

What is covered under warranty?

  • Repair Parts Guarantee: If the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the necessary parts at no cost.
  • Accessories Warranty: If any accessory is defective, we will replace it.
  • 30-Day Whole Unit Warranty: If the product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the whole unit.

How to Claim Warranty:

  1. Email us at tolatoyus@gmail.com with your order ID, the product's SKU, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. For defective items, please include clear pictures or videos to help us understand the problem.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, we offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at tolatoyus@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order ID and a description of the issue. For defective or incorrect items, attach clear pictures to assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping:

  • Returns due to defects or incorrect items will be at our expense.
  • For returns due to personal preference, customers will need to cover return shipping.

On Customer’s Duty:

  • Incorrect Orders: If you ordered the wrong item, we can assist you with a return or exchange.
  • Unwanted or Unsatisfied Items: You may return new, unused items. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What is not covered:

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or improper operation.
  • Issues caused by external factors like bad weather or electromagnetic interference.
  • Loss of data or software-related issues.
  • Items that have been opened, altered, or have missing identification labels.
